As far as the channels go.

Yup. Well they were signed to another label before but they were dropped and Hollywood signed them (Which is Disney)

Exactly.
You'll notice that when most shows start dying the star comes out with a new act.
HM was dying...no new episodes for a while.
Now Miley,Mitchel Musso,AND Emily Osment ALL sing and act?

Yes, when I was 8/9/10/11 I loved Lizzie McGuire. That was THE show back then (similiar to Hannah Montana today). Oy, does this make me feel old!

But I do agree, Walt probably wouldn't approve of the shows going on today.

Disney's a business, they're in it for the money. I hate to say it though, because their theme parks and classic movies mean so much to me.

Basically, if her dad hadn't stepped in and GOTTEN her the part on that show, she'd be nothing. Did you know JoJo was actually offered that role? Yep, but she turned it down. Said it wasn't something she wanted to do. Could she possibly see the future there, of how bad it was gonna get?

Heh, I just thought of something I really can't stand about these DC singers-- how more than half of the Disney movies released on special-edition DVD are slapped with a lame music video of one of those 'singers' bopping their way through an innocent, unassuming classic song. More often than not they absolutely butcher it, and this just for sake of a fifteen-minute-star's appeal selling a few extra copies of the movie, which could easily stand on it's own as a 'Special Edition' with all the material in the Disney archives.

I know 'Kenan' from the show has really branched out and did SNL and a multitude of movies, but I'll always think of him as the kid from that show.
