Anyone else doing a SEGWAY Tour January 26?

Hey, we will be there at that time! My sister and I took the tour in Oct and loved it. I would love for my son to do this. I will try to call as soon as I get a minute.

Why wouldn't you want to ride a Segway? It really was a lot of fun. I would love to own one.

I'm taking the 8:30 on Jan. 23rd with my sister, daughter, and nephew (all 16 & older, man I'm getting old!) The chance to try the Segway is appealing, but I've already taken the tours UnDiscovered Future World and the Hidden Treasures of the WS, and I WANT MORE!!! I think the EPCOT tours are fantastic. It's my favorite park and I love getting to explore before the crowds are let in.

Did this back in March and it was a blast!!! And Tiggerbell is right, almost as much fun as riding the Segway is the chance to be in a virtually empty Epcot. I'll do it again when my son is old enough ... wait that's 9 years. We'll be doing the anti-grav sled tour then.

I actually scheduled the Segway tour on Jan. 26 and then changed it to Jan. 30th just yesterday! Have fun!!

We enjoy doing a tour when we're at WDW and chose this one this trip because I have always wanted to try out a People Mover. And, like was already mentioned, we get to cruise around an empty WS!

Our son's fiancee gave him a Segway tour for his birthday and he had a blast last March.

I'm thinking of gving my DH one as a Christmas present. Does anyone know if you can enter the IG for the tour?

You can enter the International Gateway for the tour. They usually have a list for the princess breakfast and the tour people. Just tell the CM you are doing the Segway tour. Dh and I enjoyed it so much the first time we did it again.

I'm so jealous. I want to do this SO much. But DH will be in meetings all day (think he'd want to do it even more than me) and I'll have my 9 year old with me (don't think I could pass him off as 16). You guys all have a great time for me!

Have a great time on the segway tour. I took one with my family in October and it was a blast. Don't expect too much behind the scenes information on this one. They give you a factiod here and there but not much (certainly not compared to the other WS tour). It is still an awesome tour though!

I've noticed there are some cities where you can take a segway tour. We found a place in DC and since that's within driving distance we might plan a weekend down there just to take advantage of the segway tour of the monuments.

I typed the 23rd on my previous post! My sister read it and didn't know it was me! Her! Us! She e-mailed me, "We're going the 23rd? That's a Sunday. I thought we were taing the tour on Thursday, 27th." I wrote back that I guessed at the date, but I thought it was a Tuesday. She asked if I had the confirmation #. I said she made the reservation. Turns out it's Monday, the 24th of January... Oy...

I know DH booked us a Segway tour during our quick January trip (19-24th) but I really can't remember what day!

MiJo, I just booked the 8:30 tour on 1/26 for my son, his girlfriend, her sister and her sister's husband. He is "sort of a" diser. He visits the boards sometimes. His name is Brian, so be sure to say hello! My sister and I will be outside the building trying to get a picture.

PS. My DW's birthday is the 23rd and our 29th wedding anniversary is the 24th!
