Anyone Else Completely Frustrated with West End Gallery?

Who's on the Magic ?? is it as on the wonder silent auction ?? a couple of years back bought from silent auction and loved it !!

I have not bought a price of art on my last two cruises, and I am glad! If anyone calls Disney again tell them that. If that does not make them sit up and take notice then tell dcl that you are reporting on both companies! Then follow through! No one wants a bad rating from the bbb! Good luck all!

I recently spoke with Disney Cruise Line hotel operations management about the onboard art gallery program and with West End Gallery's President; Hossam Antar and they were all very courteous and informative. Disney Cruise Line informed me that all the customer service issues have been fully resolved.

Thanks for bumping this thread to the top obvious WEG representative. While it's unfortunate how much frustration was caused by WEG actions to DCL customers, I did get a good chuckle reading about these experiences and their eventual ousting from DCL. Without your post I never would have known.

I agree. A clear attempt on someone's behalf to convey something positive about WEG. The individual that bumped the two year old thread is BRAND new to this board. This was their first post.

Exactly, I am often amazed at how some people don't think we can see through the obvious.
