Anyone else Book thru WDW Website????

We Booked our trip thru WDW itself and its paid for...I recieved my e-tickets for the Plane, but that is all I have recieved as of now. We leave Oct 6th. I have been reading that people are getting luggage tags and their magical express tickets and iterinaries and the e-tickets is all I have recieved. Has anyone else booked thru WDW Website for around the first of October??? Should I be expecting anything else besides the Magical Express tickets?? This is the 1st time for me to be planning the vacation usually I have another family member do it, but this year it was my baby...and getting worried something is going to go wrong.......

I booked my entire package through the WDW Website in early May for travel in mid-September. I got my air tickets and all the voucher/package confirmation stuff about 33 days before my departure date. I got the Magical Express tags about a week after that. Don't stress out till after the Labor Day weekend. But if you don't get anything in the next week to ten days, I'd call.

We are going the same day! I have everything but the yellow tags for ME. They said to expect them 21 days prior. where are you staying? We are at WL!

I booked online. My trip starts Oct 1. I received my first set of luggage tags, (no MGE ones) and my trip confirmation early last week. You should get it this week maybe. If not, I'd probably call, but that's just b/c I'm a control freak

I received everything except the yellow DME luggage tags. I should be getting them soon enough as I am down to 23 days. Waiting anxiously everyday for my snail mail to arrive.

We are staying at Movies...Do you have a park schedule yet or what parks you are going to for which day...Im a freak about schedules...but I like to call it "Organized Fun" heheheheheh

We never received anything for the Magical Express but it didn't matter. We used the WDW tags sent with the confirmation, then when we got to Orlando we found the people in the blue blazers with the Mickey hands. They were very understanding. They directed us to the check-in counter, they printed up more vouchers (you'll need those on your departure day when you get on the bus to leave for the airport), and the rest was all taken care of. I was expecting them to arrive after we returned home but they never came. Would have made great keep-sakes!

I made a downpayment for my trip in Dec. through the website; I call to try to make the final payment and the CM tells me that I can't pay over the phone, I have to make the final payment the day I check in. I want to pay now to get it out of the way. Has anyone else experienced this???

Send a check - I do it all the time. The address should be on the back of your confirmation sheet. Be sure to include your reservation number, resort, name and dates of stay. I include a short note indicating this and or a copy of my confirmation to be sure the check is applied correctly.

I like to pay off the resort in full even if I am not on a package to keep down the cc'd bills after the vacation.

I booked my June trip on disneyworld.com. I got my stuff about 18 days before we left. Never got the magical express stuff.
All of the vouchers came in a cute little clear package. I never used a one. At the airport I scanned my credit card for the boarding passes. At the magical express counter, I told them my name and what my luggage looked like. At the resort, I gave them my ID and credit card. Smooth sailing all the way.
So, don't panic. It'll all be okay. I worried about mine too. I called and was told most people should expect there package info 21 days out.

MKPAT: I paid all of mine through the website about 2 months before we left.

might be a dumb question but did you fill out the Magical Express part of the reservation?

I did. When I called, they showed all of my info. The CM said they were overwhelmed with the ME response and had a hard time getting all of the tags sent out. It worked fine for me without the tags.

I would call again and try to get a different CM. I booked online at disneyworld.com and paid off my trip at disneyworld.com. My confirmation states that the trip had to be paid off 45 days prior to arrival at our resort.

I also called a few times in the past to switch resorts and the CM would always ask if I wanted to make a payment over the phone.

Okay, this is weird. I just received the exact same package from WDW that I received last week. No magic express stuff, just the same exact confirmation packet with the blue luggage tags. Has anyone else had this happen?

Oh my, we leave the 4th and I haven't gotten a thing yet. I thought it was something like 21 days prior. Since I am probably going to claim my luggage can we still use ME if I don't get the tags and vouchers?
