Good Morning This is our 7th trip, we managed four last year thanks to DVC, AP's and Ding. Gotta love SW. Looks like we are not going to be so lucky now with air fare. I've got a Birthday Boy today so won't be checking in til later. I had to make an army cake, it came out pretty cute if I say so myself.Adios for now

I ordered the DVC package..it came last week, including a lovely hardcover book that I open and drool over daily!!!!!

You make your OWN CAKE??!!!! Now I'm impressed...but you fibbed to me then....remember when you were going to 'toast the pop tarts today' thingy...I was feeling such a kinship with my other domestically challenged Buddy!!!

This will be my 4th trip but it will be the first for the rest of my crew although DW and I went to DL in feb 2005 I also have vacationd in FL 5 other times ( My parents rented a trailer on bradenton beach )Half of my trips where driving half flying flying this time .

The party's over time to call it a day . Only dreaming, now it time to find all the receipts for toys that won't work . Thank you all for the b-day wishes, soooo sweet. Graham is such a good kid , most of time. If you do DVC, tell em you know me. Probably get a couple grand of purchase price We bought resale, sight unseen at OKW, love the extra space & new pool. We did VWL last time & it just didn't impress us, felt like a hotel room.

My domestic abilities leave alot to be desired. Garrett is a July 4th baby so he always wants a flag cake--God Bless him, Love your Country my artistic talent is not too challenged, today was alittle harder. I need Jeff otherwise I'd try to put a pic on myself.

Well my friends...I'm, once again, DISing at 3am...but not for my normal reasons am I not in lala land right now!! What a CRAPPY night I've had!!!!

First off, went to the C.N.E. (Cdn. Ntl. Exhibition..held in Toronto for the last 2 weeks of summer holidays...HUGE thing!) with my mom, my DS10 and my niece today/tonight...well it would just so happen that the minute I walked through those god-forsaken gates, wouldn't you know....beginning of 1 of my quarter annual 'migraines from hell'!!!! So, that obviously put a damper on things and by the time I got home at 9pm it was in full motion!!!! 2 Percocets , 3 ice bags, dark and semi-quiet house and DH doing his magical hair-brushing therapy, I'm ALMOST relaxed enough to sleep this baby off!!!!!

Not so fast, folks!!! At that very moment my son, Jesse (18) comes pounding on our door, in obvious big-time distress!! Yep...he's broken his collar bone...BADLY!!! How, did this happen, you ask??? Well, today was homecoming for my oldest DS, Tyler (21) who has been working out of town for the summer to save(? ) his money for his University (beer!!) pocket $$$. Anyhoo....he's been 'celebrating' with a bunch of his friends and part of this included 'Big Brother Body slamming/wrestling' fun!!!! Need I say more???

So....HE can't drive Jesse to the hospital(he's been 'celebrating'), Jeff(DH) has to be up at 4:45am for his 24hr. shift (he's a Toronto firefighter) and , at 10 years old, the law says Brett just can't drive So who does that leave then????

Yep.....ME!!!!!!!!!!!! After having to insist 50x's over for Jeff to get his butt back in bed, we're on our way!!! Great fun driving on a dark, rainy night to the local Emerg. Rm,even better fun observing the entire ER staff have an entertaining coffee/lunch/dinner/sick day/leave of absence 'break'...you get the point, I'm sure!!!

So, here I am now!!!! But, the good news is...I can finally see straight enough to catch up on some DISing!!!!!!

Talk to you all tomorrow!!! Just don't wake me up in the morning!!!!!!

PS - Tyler will be continuing his 'celebrating' tomorrow with my foot rammed far up his ***!!!! Also...here comes a SCARY thought. ...I'm wondering if my headache was a sort of 'DISwithdrawal'.

. I mean, I WAS gone today for at least 5 or 6 hours...so this could be a real possibility, yes??

I agree, I've been feeling guilty for days because I haven't been able to spend time with my new friends on the Dis boards Work is always heck at the end of the month. Plus, I have to get things ready so my people have lots of work to do while I am playing at WDW
