I'm leaving from Burlington this Friday night and staying just across the border south of Buffalo. Getting up Saturday and driving to South Carolina before heading to WDW on Sunday. Taking I-90 > I-79 > US19 > I-77 > I-26 > I-95 and don't expect any bad whether. Forecasts are showing the snow storm coming through today and over night but all should be clear by Friday and for the weekend :)

Reads like a well thought out plan! Have a great time, We just got back from a Disney Wonder cruise out of Miami. We had the greatest time, weather was awesome. We flew from Buffalo. Look forward to WDW again one day. . .

Was that the 5 day cruise? If so, did you find that 5 days were sufficient?

No the 4 Day on Feb21st. We took our 6 yr old Grandson, his first cruise so it was a test, did not want say a 7 Day one. The Ittinery was the best to our liking. Gave us a chance to show him Key West, Nassau, and Castaway Cay!

A sea day as well would have been great, so I guess had that been available,
We may have gone for 5.

Sorry, forgot your question. . . 4 was sufficient but, 5 may not have been so go, go, go!

Thanks for the answer. My wife is a teacher so we can only travel during high season. Disney cruises are expensive compared to what we normally pay for Princess Cruises so I thought we might consider a 5 day Disney cruise.

When you do. Consider Vacations To Go we saved alot booking 3 Cruises with them. This last cruise was a Kids Sail Free.

Also, I'm not a Mexico Itinery fan. I think the 5 day cruises tend to be.

If Itinery isn't your reason in choosing. The newest Disney ships were more of a bargain; And, out of Canaveral as well. The older two ships are okay but not WOW!

We were in Canaveral one cruise, they did 1day excursion trips into WDW and I believe the price was included in the cruise fare.

Ditto on the wife is a teacher. Makes it more of a challenge. The big secret is booking early. We fly down tomorrow night for the 7 night Fantasy cruise leaving Saturday. We have had this cruise booked since the day they initally weny on sale (little over 500 day ago). Last we checked the price on the closest catagory to ours had gone up over 4k. Or another cruise as how I think of it.
