Hi,
Yes, another stroller question!
I just bought a Combi Cosmo DX for my 18-month-old, since we'll be doing a lot of traveling and I'm not lugging my Graco around. I had a hard time deciding between the Combi or a Maclaren Triumph. I DIDN'T go for the Maclaren because I used to have a Chicco Caddy (I KNOW it's much cheaper!) and I didn't like many things about it (the "umbrella" stroller look of it, the small canopy, the small basket). I have a hard time paying over $100 for something that looks like an umbrella stroller. The Maclaren seemed like what I had already had in style. Anyway, I chose the Combi based on that, and the tri-fold. I really love the tri-fold system (I haven't seen anything like it) and the cup holder and larger canopy. I find I DON'T like the handle and how low it is (and I'm only 5'4"!) I like the other features of the stroller, but I wonder if I'll be sorry I don't have a Maclaren when I put it to serious use, as far as my comfort while using it.
I really want to love this stroller. So far I only like it. (I DO love the wheels though.) Anyone use it happily in Disney or another vacation? I have to decide now whether to return it. We leave next week for a long non-Disney trip, and by that time it will be too late! Thanks!!
BTW, my son will be 2 when we go to Disney, but he's on the small side, so I'm not worried about the Combi not accommodating heavier children.
