Anyone done Black Mickey Heads on black shirts?

I have some black tshirts. I am thinking about putting some Mickey Head Disigns on them. Has anyone done this? I know I would need some sort of white background surrounding the ears......

there are lots of fun "pattern" mickey heads out there that would look great on black like tie dye or swirls....you could always use some of that fabric glitter paint to outline the edges too to make it stand out???
