I'm finishing week 3 and LOVING it. Summer was just too hot for me to do any kind of outdoor exercise other than swimming so I gave up on the whole running idea, but now that it's cooler here I've been really getting into this program. I've tried other ones, but the difference this time is that I'm going totally non-pressure. I'm outside instead of on a treadmill so I feel no pressure to go at a certain speed. No matter how slow I run, I'm still faster than I was sitting on the couch. I've been going up every week, but if I find that I need more time on a level, I'm going to take it. It's become the best part of my day, and the best days of my week.
