Hello,

I decided on a whim to buy MVMCP tiks for our third and last day in December. I figure we will relax during the day (hopefully swim a bit if it is warm enough), and head to the park at 4pm.

we will have already spent a day at MK, so I am not sure what our strategy will be for the party. DD is character obsessed (princesses) so we'll try and track them all down, see a show, etc. We probably have to leave by 10pm as she will be exhausted.

Anyne have specific plans, or past experience they can share?

tks,

In my opinion, the party is for FUN...not really for riding the rides. My DS loved the dance parties and cookies. We really enjoyed the Belle show...and the parade! You will have SUCH a nice time if you go just for the Christmas atmosphere...WOW, I am JEALOUS!

Have a beautiful time~

PS...We packed our kids PJ's in our bag and dressed them before we got in the car...they were both asleep before we even got out of the park! All we had to do was carry them inside! I will ALWAYS do that from here on out ;)

Hi,

sounds like a good plan. can you tell me what the dancing parties are like?

Ditto the PJ's, we always do that too!

We took DD last year to MNSSHP when she was 2 1/2, after a day at AK, and we closed the park down. She took a nice long nap in the stroller right after dinner and was good for the rest of the night. No tantrums or anything! :woohoo: Great idea about the PJs! We'll have a car with us at MVMCP this year, so I'll have to try that!

At different places along MK there will be DJ's playing music (it will be on the map that you get coming inside the park). There are characters dancing with the kids (music like "Who Let the Dogs Out", "Can'tTouch This", etc). I thought that my kids would not be interested...WRONG!!! It was their FAVE!

I found the times guide for all the things happening during the party, and I'm trying to figure out how to fit in our 4:45 ADR at Tony's, see the castle lighting, the show they do at the front of the castle (name escapes me right now), 'twas the night befor christmas and at least 1 (maybe both) parades. Time permitting, we'd also like to maybe hit a few rides and a dance party. Whew! Luckily my son is a trooper so as long as we take it easy during the day, he can party 'til midnight.

I'm even considering skipping the hopper oprtion on our tix and getting tix to a second MVMCP instead. (Realistically we would probably only hop maybe 2 days based on the park hours and the ADR's i have scheduled)

I would also love to hear from someone who has had experience in fitting everything in.
