Anyone do recent MDE/FP+ survey?

I was sent an email to participate in a survey about MDE and FP+. It was mainly about website/app technical issues and FP+ selection/changing procedures. I have had technical issues, especially with the web, so I definitely mentioned those and gave poor ratings for the related areas. It also asked about some of the really annoying FP+ selection features, like the time groupings and tiering. I rated those poorly too.
 
I took screenshots of the survey they sent me in November. I forget what they asked, though. I'll post back later tonight when I can look at them
 
Not that, but I had a detailed survey sent to me. I don't remember all the details but it as generic visit stuff as well as FP+ stuff. I do remember that it was asking questions that permitted negative experience answers. I remember that much because of board comments that surveys were skewed to not allow for it.

I did answer honestly--so not excellent across the board. But I do not remember much more than what I have posted here. I did not have any issues during our trip--so no negative experiences in that regard with the technology.
 

We almost always get them after a trip- the last 2 had questions about fp+, if we used it, how it worked in certain situations, etc. It certainly had the option of giving negative responses because I did in several areas. It never occurred to me to take screen shots. Wish I could bet money on where this thread is headed.
 
I have received surveys before, even about FP+. However, this one was fairly unique in the specific detailed questions/responses concerning technical aspects of MDE web/app and the process for handling/choosing FP+. This was just in the past couple of weeks. I had had some technical difficulties on the website while trying to modify FP+ and had been asked to do a survey while still on the website. It made me think that Disney was hearing criticism and was trying to determine if it was real and how widespread, at least I hope that's the intent.
 
The survey I received after last April's trip did not have any negative adjectives, but I selected the most negative response I could select on any problems we experienced.

OK, so I don't have screenshots on my computer - apparently what I did was take pictures on my phone. Here's the questions they asked me that I took shots of (I know I forgot to take it a few times), with the response options they gave me. I'll format it as best I can to not take up too much space..

The entire survey was to be answered in relation to one day that we were in Epcot. It specifically said to *only* answer the questions based on that specific day.

I assume that there was a question before this one that asked me to rate the shopping experience at Epcot, as #10 in this post asked me to rate the food and beverage, but I don't have a screenshot of it.

I think my phone must have died at that point, because the photos end there but the survey completion bar wasn't full yet.

Overall, a lot of questions, and there was definitely quite a few places where I could give free written feedback (I think there were more after #30 above too).

I felt it was a balanced survey that definitely gave me the opportunity to give negative feedback where I wanted to, and also asked me to further explain the very positive feedback I gave as well.

I received one right after booking my FastPasses for March 1st...

I had to rank everything very high because I had no problems booking them or my ADR on the MDE app... It will be interesting seeing how it works in the park! I was still on paper FP when I visited in December of 2013,and MDE has barely launched.

That survey is very thorough and considerably different from the one I received. I'm glad to see that Disney is asking guests such specific questions about their vacations.
