Is Max around anymore?

I used to belong to a message board just for people who do point programs and someone would always post where he was. That board doesn't exist anymore and I don't know how to find him.

Nope, Max isn't around anymore. But hopefully he'll return one day.

Like owensamo said, do check out the Disney Rewards Board here on the DIS. The people are real friendly & have lots of current on info. on many rewards programs.

I just ordered a $25 gift certificate to use at Rainforest Cafe for use towards one of our meals while we're at WDW. - Not bad for something "free" just from clicking on links to advertisements!

I haven't seen Max in a long time either, but I've cut way back on doing anything with MyPoints. It seems I rarely get my point for click-though purchases without a protracted e-mail battle. I guess it's a racket where they are not giving all the points unless you wait all the weeks, then remember you never got them and send an e-mail including the order confirmation from your purchase. It's just not worth my time.

I just ordered my Rainforest Cafe gift certificate about a week ago and am hoping it makes it here before our trip the end of the month. I have been using MyPoints for several years and it has been nice getting all those gift certificates in the mail every few months.

How long does it take to receive gift cards? I earned enough for $25 for Olive Garden. does it normally take the full 6 weeks??

In the past, it has taken about 2 weeks to receive my gift certifcates for Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and Applebee's. This is the first time I have ordered the Rain Forest Cafe gift certifcate and I hope it takes about the same time.

Good luck getting your gift cards. I ordered a $25 RFC gift card over 13 weeks ago and it's still not here. I've contacted My Points, and they're "looking in to it". I really hope it makes it here before we leave next Sat. There's not a RFC any where near where we live.

I also order a $25 gift card for Toys R Us last year. It took it over 6 weeks to arrive. Also ordered a Barnes and Nobles card a couple of years ago which I never recieved.

I love doing My Points, I just wish they could processs rewards orders a little more quickly!

I hope my RFC gift certificate gets here before I leave at the end of the month. If it doesn't, then I can always use it in December. I am planning on taking my husband to the Portifino Bay Hotel for our 25th anniversary. I have never had any problem getting the gift certificates from mypoints. They have always been in the mailbox about 2 weeks after I ordered them, and I have been getting them for years now.

I ordered a $25 Rainforest Cafe gift certificate from MyPoints on 8/27 and received it in the mail yesterday (9/6). I'm excited to use the certificate at the end of the month. I've never been to this restaurant before.

I have never had a problem with My Points and receiving Gift certificates. They have always come in a timely manner, as a matter of fact, the last time I ordered from them was on a Friday and I received them exactly 2 weeks after that!

I love MyPoints. I've had a couple of times when my account wasn't credited properly. I just email and send the info showing that I earned the points and my account is updated no questions asked.

I have always redeemed my points in Barnes&Noble gift cards because they have the highest return of any offered.
