Hello, we have two carts rented from Kenny over Halloween and are trying to figure out our strategy for decorating our carts . . . anybody at the Fort currently with one of Kenny's carts? Wondering what voltage the battery is on his cart. I have rented from him before but don't remember looking at it. Also if anybody could take a picture of the cart particularly from the back where the battery is that would be great, trying to figure out if we could fit another battery or small generator in that compartment! Thanks so much! :thumbsup2

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but was wondering ...

Do people usually call him, or email? I've emailed twice in the last 2-3 weeks and not heard anything back.

Just curious.

I have just called him at 1 407 276 0809

Unless you are planning some humongous traveling display, why not just connect an inverter to two of the batteries for a 12 v DC source? You're probably just going to use lights at night and plan to charge it overnight, so you likely won't pull the battery pack down. Of course that implies 6 v batteries, not 8 v.

Hey - that was what we were talking about - connecting the inverter - you're right, not planning a huge display just some string lights - but couldn't remember what size batteries Kenny has in his carts, or if we should bring another with us? Called Kenny but haven't heard back from him yet. (but he sure is great to rent from! :thumbsup2 )

It depends on the carts he gives you. You said you are renting 2 one might have 6 volt batteries and 1 might have 12 volt batteries you see where I’m going with this. So it’s heard to tell until you get the carts. If I remember right 6 volt carts have 8 batteries and 12volt carts have 4 batteries.

I think they are usually 6 batteries, 8 volts each or 4 12volt in the newer ones.

Thanks everybody! It looks like we will probably bring our own battery to put under the back for the lights.
