We got the Memory Maker and the Photo Pass pictures are kind of a pain to download! I am contemplating buying the DVD not only for convenience but for the 400 DW stock photos. I am making a slideshow of our vacation photos so those might come in handy. Does anyone know if the stock photos are worth it? What kinds of pictures are on there?

The gallery photos are in basically 6 or so categories, the four parks, some resort photos and a few holiday photos. (Halloween and Xmas)
The park photos include the iconic symbols of each park in both day and night settings. There are a few photos of some of the rides in each park. There are fireworks shots of Wishes and Illuminations. The photos in Animal Kingdom also include close up photos of animals throughout the park and on the safari ride. In Epcot, there are photos of some of the pavilions. Hollywood Studios has a couple of Fantasmic! shots, I think. I like the night photos and firework photos, because they are much better than I can get with my point and shoot. A lot of the photos are definitely edited, some are HDR, but they are all done well. I am happy I ordered it, I also have the character disc.

We definitely buy the DVD for the convenience of not having to worry about the download and having a copy of everything just in case!
