Anyone booked with TheMouseFor Less?

Has anyone ever booked with the Mouse For Less's travel company.... The Magic For Less? I got a great quote from them but have never gone through them before so wondered? Thanks!

I'm currently working with one of their TAs, Michele, for my July trip. So far so good. Michele has been quick to reply to my emails (requests and many questions!), including before I made the reservation thru her!

As others have posted in other threads, they will send you a spreadsheet with park hours, EMH, parade and firework times. That combined with the info from TourGuideMike's website, has made planning a bit easier for me.

They will make most ADRs for you except for the Princess character meals (at CRT and Akershus) and the fireworks cruises - company policy that basically says if there's only one slot available when they call, they don't want to decide which client gets it. I've had no problem making the ADRs for the Princess CMs myself, I was able to get them the two times I called. Actually, while I made the first round of Princess CMs, I did the rest of my ADRs since I had a very helpful CM on the line.

Personally, I prefer booking myself and looking for discount codes here on the Dis or though my mousesavers emails. If you are not a planner and want to make reservations and forget about planning then going through a TA is the way to go. When you book with a TA that company owns your reservation so Disney will not discuss the reservation with you at all. If you want to change or add anything you needed to contact the TA and then wait for them to find the time to email you back. I used the company you are asking about in the past and they forgot about me when a discount came out and by the time I found out and called them about it I had to sweat it and wait for a cancelation and then I couldn't get the hotel I wanted because of their error. Had I booked it myself I would have been looking out for the discounts and applied it myself and gotten what I wanted.

I found a new TA for my upcomign cruise and was wondering how I found out if they are good or not...Not sure I can post their name here or not?????
