So I'm looking into flights to Hawaii and boy is it driving me crazy. I couldn't book early and now I am playing the waiting game. Wanted to fly Hawaiian but they are priced way out of my ballpark. So looks like United has the best fares from nyc now. I am 97 days out from my trip. For all you planners on this board you know how this is making me feel. :faint: Anyway my question is: Have you ever booked though Cheapair.com and how did you like it? I read on their site they credit you up to 100 dollars if the fares go down and being we have 6 in our party this would be wonderful. Orbtiz no longer guarantees credit back after 24hours of flights going down. :( Thanks any advice welcome.

I doubt if you're going to get any bargains so close to a travel date for the summer. I wouldn't book through cheap air.com in a million years; book directly with the airline. Use a consolidated search for quick price comparisons (ita, Expedia, kayak, etc.). Don't delay too much longer. Prices from JFK-HNL are extremely high this summer; I did a search for travel for a week in June and the price averaged over $1,000 per ticket.
