Anyone Book Cl Because Of The "code"

When I called for ressies with the "code" the only rooms I was offered were CL.I ended up with Poly CL and WL CL which I am happy that I got these rooms at a really good rate.However I would have been happy with a GV at Poly and a woodview at WL but those room types weren't available. So I am wondering if anyone else upgraded their room to CL because of the code? I am going to be paying rack rate for AKL CL(the only CL I had planned) because no code rooms were available for my dates and there are also no AAA rates available for my dates right now. So I am just curious if anyone else is unexpectedly upgraded to CL because of the "code"?

I am-- I wanted CR or Poly MK view. The only thing available was CL level at both. I went with CR since DH really wants a king size bed. This will be my first time staying deluxe and my first time CL-- can't wait!

me and dh are staying AKL standard concierge for the first time because of the code

We are - we had Poly GDN booked but when we tried to apply the code the only thing that was left (Dec 9 - 15th) was Poly CL. It was such a good rate (and cheaper than my RAC GDN room) that we did it. We are Poly vets but have never sprung for CL so I'm very excited to try it!!
