Anyone been to Flying Fish lately?

We will be returning to WDW next month with my mom and dad. Mom asked about trying the Flying Fish at Boardwalk. None of us have been there. Has anyone dined there recently? How was it?

I ate there on May 23rd for the first time. I thought it was wonderful. Be ready for a pricey meal though.

My appetizer was a lobster salad. It had fresh lobster surrounded by greens, roasted baby beets and a lemongrass creme fraiche that was superb. For an entree I selected the wild salmon with asparagus "cappucino" and English peas. The cappucino was a frothy asparagus cream. Simple and delicious. Dessert was their Valrona chocolate souffle. Wow ....

Had dinner at FF in April. It's one of our families favorites -- it's a must "do" every WDW trip.

Service, atmoshere and food is awesome!
