Just booked for August 1st and read the description and realized that I'll be in an ECV and the outside viewing area does not have tables? Is that correct? Where is the outside viewing area? I simply cannot stand or walk long distances at all? Any tips as to what time to check-in...Thanks for the details if you have attended!

We just got back and did the dessert party. It was drizzling that night so we were moved to an indoor location.. Disney Jr, but as of now.. it is will be in the Launch Bay! From what I understand the outside parties has tables - just like the inside locations, just no chairs.. they do have low tables for kids and people in wheelchairs or ECV - so no worries about that. When it is time for the fireworks.. they lead you to the roped off location to watch the fireworks show. It was a lovely night! I hope you enjoy as much as we did!

just to add, with the new setup they have a front section roped off just for kids and people in wheelchairs (I assume an ECV would qualify as well) and then the general population behind that

Thanks for the info! I booked this specially for my adult son, but we are also taking the girls, age 6 and 10 and was worried about them handling pastries and drinks without a table to sit at? Now if I could find out what time to check in and where, I'll be set

as of know you check in out front of the launch bay and the party starts officially 75 mins before the fireworks (so 8:15 for the 9:30 fireworks) but there have been reports of people being let in 15 minutes before that (so 8pm)

The night we went, there was a chance of rain, so we were moved inside Disney Jr. There were high top table, but no chairs. The deserts were great. They also had things like olives and cheese on sticks. I was thrilled to see the big bin full of soda (I'm a Diet Coke chick). About 15 minutes prior to the fireworks, we were led to a roped off area directly in front of The Great Movie ride. The fireworks take place behind The Great Movie Ride and pictures are projected on the building. When we got to the roped off area, the entire crowd was seated. I was so happy to see this. Unfortunately, as the fireworks started, a bunch of people stood which meant everyone had to stand.. Oh well. Still a fun time!
