Anyone able to book online tonight?

Having trouble booking a reservation online tonight.

June UY, no 2018 points left, lots of 2019 points left.
I have multiple contracts at multiple resorts.
Online systems shows all my available 2019 points.
Trying to book January 2020 reservation.
When I try to book, it shows 0 points available. It does show availability, but no booking button. It's as if it's only looking at 2018 points.
I've tried Chrome and Edge, cleared cookies, and tried 2 different computers.

I did call MS and booked the reservations without problem, but they had no idea why I couldn't book online.

Any thoughts? Just an IT bug? Never had anything like this before, and I've made lots and lots of online reservations.
 
My account is showing a membership number that is not mine along with my correct ones. Very strange.
 
I did not have access yesterday. This morning I had access but only one of my memberships was there. Tonight I have no access again. Something's not working right. I wonder if @littlestar was gifted my BWV membership...
 

I couldn’t log in yesterday. Well, I could log in but I could not access the members’ pages like my dashboard or booking tool. It wanted my ID number and an access code, as if I were a new member. Two calls to Disney IT fixed the problem (first CM just made it worse). I was told that they had done a system update and had merged all of my go .com network accounts under one email. I think they messed up more than just my account with their update.
 
My account was down for three days this week. I was told I would get an email when it was working again. No emails , however, because I was so irritated, I kept checking and it finally was working again. This was after multiple calls.
