Anyone a Retail Merchandiser?

I came across a job opening for a Hallmark retail merchandiser in my area. Has anyone done this and have information to share? The good,bad and ugly please!
I have been a stay at home mom for years and now that my boys are teens I am looking for something part-time.

I have not done this but my mom has friends that have. They love it. I have never heard anything negative from her friends about doing this. Not saying that there is not a downside, only their opinions.
