Do they really make the water taste better? Target's got 'em on sale for $19.99. Trying to decide if it's worth it to take up space in the OL with one, or if we should just get a gallon jug of water for making coffee.

The pitcher would be easier because you'll need something to remove the existing aerator off the faucet and you might mess it up.

We use one for our place in Orlando for just that purpose. I drink from it and use it for coffee.

We have used it twice and had no problem removing the Areator by hand. We put it on the counter on top of the water filter box. This way we always remember to replace it before we leave.

I have the Brita version in my OL, along with a pair of rubber-coated pliers. The original aerator comes right off & gets replaced when we leave.

Great for making Crystal Light in the pitcher, coffee and ice cubes.....

Still not sure about taking up space in the OL. Maybe we'll buy bottled water again, see how it goes, and get one next trip if there's room int he locker. We had a Brita pitcher that we sold in a yard sale just before we bought into DVC; isn't that how it always goes - you hang onto things & never use 'em, but as soon as you get rid of them, you wish you hadn't :lmao:

I just bought the Pur pitcher at Target, I think it was $14.99. I plan on using it for coffee, cocoa, and to refill the water bottles we go through each day. I hate using my snack credits for bottles of water. It was cheaper then the Brita. I just hope everything I bought will fit in my OL.
