Wow, I had a Roadhouse Ranch Salad the other day, excellent!! I have been one who has been watching carbs for a bit more than a year (it works for me) and they say this one has -0- carbs. Now, it certainly has fat and calories, but for one who is not counting those, it was very tasty, and plenty. I recommend to give one or more a try, at least that one, LOL.

I tried the black and blue the other day. It was good but the bleu cheese made it salty. I have a feeling I ate a months worth of sodium intake on that one salad

Are they filling for you, Dan?
My DH is also a large (read that tall ) man and has also been on Atkins for over a year.....but he has found most of the wraps do not leave him satisfied....at least not Subway or Quizno's flatbreads.
Are the salads better for that?

Lulu, I have had the flatbreads and those are good too. Nancy, all I can say is it filled me up, maybe moreso than a wrap or flatbread. It sure was good.
