Just bid on a 4* on Priceline & ended up with this hotel - does anyone have any opinions on this one? It looks like it's a nice place and near the Aquarium/Inner Harbor area which is what we wanted. Only staying one night - thanks for any opinions!!:wave2:

Sorry, but I don't know anything about it. Did you get a good deal? I'm headed up that way this weekend and still need to find a hotel.

TZMOM-

If you got I deal, you did REALLY well. This is probably the premier hotel in Baltimore proper. Centrally located to the Science Center/Harbor Place/Aquarium. You are literally AT the Inner Harbor. I really liked the place.

Fair warning, though- the place is EXTREMELY popular with high school proms, just in case you are travelling in the next couple of weeks. Shouldn't be too much of a problem with that though-- hotel security was VERY on top of everyone when my HS prom was there (many) years ago.

Hope you enjoy your stay!

We also got a great deal on that hotel and didn't expect too much, but it was GREAT! The location is fantastic, the room beautiful, the view terrific and the service was outstanding. My DD lost her "blankie" and they went out of their way to help us find it. She also had a special roll away bed put right up against the window with this fabulous view. We had a very good experience there - hope you do too!

Go out to tripadvisor.com and do a search for that hotel. I've found lots of helpful reviews on that website. Of course, take what some people say with a grain of salt! I swear some people wouldn't be happy even if they were on the front row in Heaven!

Have never stayed there , but have been there. It's a really nice place!

I bid $80 and it was accepted - so I guess I did OK. I'm trying to get tix to the Orioles game since it looks like that hotel is w/in walking distance. We've never been to that park and it always looks so nice on TV.

Thanks for your replies - I feel like I "did good."
