Here's my situation. We have two families going to Orlando in December (other family's first trip). Normally, my own family rents a house (last one was in Davenport which we were very satisfied with - particularly with the price).

This time I've been trying to find something very close (or in) Lake Buena Vista for several reasons:

1) We'll be in the parks every day (which is unusual for us - we usually take every other day off to swim, relax, etc., but that isn't an option this time due to what all the other family wants to do) - not just Disney but also Universal. The LBV area is centrally located, and we're very familiar with it.

2) I know that DD-19 and her BF-23 will want to go out some on their own (as well as taking DD's friend-18 and her brother), and they'll want restaurants, miniature golf, etc. to be fairly convenient. Downtown Disney is a great option.

3) We want separate condos/houses. We'll have 4, and they'll have 6. While I could get a large place, I think we'll all do better with some privacy.

I've looked at Cypress Pointe (a strong possibility) and some other condos. Today, I looked at a map of subdivisions that someone posted and saw that Indian Wells is right off 535 and looks like it's very convenient.

Can anybody give me some input?

Thanks!
