I'm not sure if this is the right board to post this on. But I know that somebody out there can help me. When I went to elementary school, in the mid to late 70's, they used to show these safety cartoons hosted by Jimminy Cricket(sp?). There were these two stick boys, one was good and the other bad, and they taught stuff like diving safety. The bad kid diving into water that hides rocks just beneath the surface while the good one dives in know safe areas. Basic stuff like that. It was mostly black and white and this hand and pencil would (or maybe just pencil) pop up every once in a while and draw stuff. And it had this catchy theme, something like... I'm no fool, no sir-EE! I'm gonna live to be a hundred and three... I know this may sound strange but somebody else may remember this and what it was called.
