Yep! Used it twice in early May.

when i was there on may 3rd it already had fast pass installed.

Yep used it too last week.

If you do Soarin' please ask to sit 'front row B' even if you have to wait for the next ride. it really is worth the wait. Avoid the back row on A & C if at all possible!

Yes, it is.

They also have a single rider line. When I was there, the fastpass return time was an hour and 15 minutes away, standby was 60 minutes, I was the third person in the single rider, got right on.
