Anybody having trouble booking?

I was offered a come back code for savings on our next trip and am having trouble with booking. Keeps saying our system is down try again later. This offer expires tomorrow. Im not a big fan of using CS on the phone but will if I have to. Anyone else having trouble?

I had to call to book a comeback code yesterday. I had multiple issues trying to do it online, starting with it not recognizing anything at all, then not being able to add it to the cart. Then I couldn't get it to recognize payment. Ended up calling and it took a LOT less time than when I'd tried to do it online.

They gave me a confirmation number to link in My Disney Experience and within a few minutes it was all set up online and I could make Fastpass plus ressies since I switched from staying offsite to onsite because of the deal.

I've had issues all weekend with the website. I couldn't make dining reservations. I linked the reservations I made via phone and they disappeared from MDE and the website. I have two trips coming up and only one is showing. I am waiting until tomorrow or Tuesday to try and figure it all out hoping that IT will be back from the holiday.
