Anybody get that phone call from Mickey today?

There was a promotion that if you booked your holiday by Christmas, Mickey would call on the 25th to "annouce" it or something...our trip has been long booked, but I signed up for the call on line with our res'n and it seemed to accept it--I got a confirmation, anyway, that the Mouse would be calling today.

He didn't. Glad I didn't tell the kids we were expecting a special call. Now I'm wondering if I missed some fine print and it wasn't available to Canadians or something--but I thought it specifically said it was available in Canada. Wondering if anyone actually got the call.

Mickey called us in Kitchener, Ontario this afternoon.

We got one! I can't tell you what it said though. We were just about to leave for my SIL's house and the kids were all ready in their seatbelts in the van. Dh ran the phone out for them to listen. They said it was Mickey and wished them a Merry Christmas and that he hoped to see them well they were there next year.

We got ours here in Winnipeg about noon. The kids listened to it, I'm not really sure what it said. They said that Mickey wished them a Merry Christmas and was looking forward to seeing them. Kim

However, there was a message left on my voicemail, asking me to call back to get the recording. The phone number to call is 1-888-315-0958 (I believe) and you'll get directions for accessing the message.

We missed our call, which didn't come until 3:52 - they said it would be between 9 and 3. We called back to the number mentioned above and there was a nice message. The number is not specific to you so give it a shot - it's good until the 31st I believe.

Thanks Care! I just called this for the kids; it was cute. I'll also pass it on to my sis, as I forgot to sign her up for it!

We got ours yesterday afternoon. I had forgotten about it, and when the phone rang, I saw it was a 1-888 number but before I could say "just leave it", my niece picked it up ... was able to put it on speaker so everyone in the house could hear it. WOW ... Santa and Mickey all in the same day!

We got our call at 3:30 and it was so cool. The kids didn't know what was going on and they were so excited when they heard Mickey say that we were going to visit him at WDW. It was later than expected but I was waiting and not letting anyone on the phone.

We got ours in the afternoon as well...I had also forgotten about it so it was a suprise for us all. I didn't hear about the call until after I told the kids about going to Disney...if I had known I would have waited and Mickey could have told them!!
