Anybody experiences with USA 3000 airlines

I an thinking of booking them for an upcoming trip and I was wondering if anyone out ther has flown this airline and what your experiences were?!

Planned to but never got to. They cancelled our flights (inbound and outbound) with a week's notice last year. Had to rebook which thank goodness I was able to do on JetBlue for a few bucks less. Came home from the trip and it still took another week for the USA3000 refund to show so all through the trip we were out some of our planned spending money .

Needless to say, I will NOT try them ever again! On the contrary, I've seen some glowing posts on these boards before.

We have used them out of St. Louis and did not have a problem. However on this trip in May they did not have the best rate. They are similar to flying Southwest. You may want to check the rates at MidAmerica airport. Sometimes they have $39 each way. Check back frequently because the rates are always changing.

We flew them to Mexico. I recall very tight quarters.But had no real issues.

I've flown USA3000 many times out of Philadelphia. Never had problem so far... which is pretty unusual. All airlines have their respective horror stories. Unfortunately, you never see messages from all of the passengers who had good experiences. I just wish their schedule had more flights!

I recommend the airline!!

flew with them once to mexico. we had a good experience. movie on the flight was a nice distraction. flights there and back were on time. i would be ticked if i were the person whose flight was cancelled a week prior to vacation though.
