Just curious - has anyone ever ever seen any of the narrators around the parks, hotels, or restaurants? We'll be down from the 25th - 31st. We do have the CP package booked during that time and I'm really looking forward to hearing Gary Sinise!

Last year someone told me they saw John Tesh at the Boardwalk workout area.

I can't remember his name (I must be getting old), but he was the tall guy on Murphy Brown. I saw him in the hall at Boardwalk a few years ago. We saw him during the afternoon and then again at CP that night.

We saw Joe Mantegna just hanging out, watching Tapestry of Nations (or Tapestry of Dreams) - don't know which. I was snapping pictures of him, pretending to be photographing the parade! lol!

Anyway, on that same visit, we got to talking with one of the cm's about the CP & he said the majority of the speakers stay at the Boardwalk & many times, they hang out at ESPN at the end of the night. We never checked into the validity of his statements, but judging by the previous two posts, I'd say he was probably right!

There's been a "celebrity sightings" thread on the Dis' Resorts board for a few years now. You'll see quite an extensive list of who has been seen at WDW throughout the years. My husband's favorite sighting was of Steven Tyler at the BW; while mine would probably be Gomer Pyle, USMC, (a.k.a., Jim Nabors) at the GF. ;) Click here for the "Celebrity Sightings at WDW Resorts" thread. Be sure to add your own sightings to the list. It's always fun to read about 'em.

I saw Brian Dennehy leaving the Jazz Club at Pleasure Island the same time we were. We had seen him the night previous as the mc at the cp. I told him he did a great job (he did) and asked if I could shake his hand. His wife seemed really nice too!

Does anyone know where to suggest a host for the cp. I think Rene Auberjonois (better know as the voice of Chef Louis in "The Little Mermaid" and Odo on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) would do a great job. He is quite a talented character actor and speaker. He has given Commencement Addresses at both Carnegie Mellon Institute and U.S.C. and has also portrayed the voice of Renard on Tarzan the Animated Series.

In Dec of 2001 we saw Alfre Woodard at the Boardwalk in the lobby. There was this maniac saying that the valet was racing his cars engine and peeling while parking he made such a scene even his girlfriend or wife walked away. During all of this Alfre Wooodard comes driving by in a motorized wheelchair playing with a little girl who we thought was a family memmber of hers. It just goes to show you what you see when you just watch the people coming and going at Disney.
