anybody ever change their dining plan before trip?

I'm wondering how easy it will be to change my dining plan to the quick service dining plan instead of the one that offers 1 snack, 1 cs, 1 ts.....
anyone know? not travelling until may.

You can change your plan, but they may charge you a change fee because that's a downgrade...

BEFORE your full payment is due? Simple. Just call WDTC/CRO and make the change. Less than 45 days before arrival? Any package change that results in Disney getting less of your money incurs a $50 change fee; six or fewer days before arrival, it's $100.

I changed my resort reservations 3 times, and my dining plan 3 times, all before the 45 day window, and it was no problem at all.
