That doesn't sound like fun at all!! How do they expect you to work when you get tired?? Don't you get any kind of set schedule? Can't one person man the office while the others go get some sleep - work in shifts??

I hope things get better and you get some rest!

I occasionally work 15 hour days when we are short. My usual work day is 10-12 hours. The good side of that is I have 3 days off a week.
