Anybody else get sick at Crystal Palace?

Did anyone eat at Crystal Palace on Tuesday evening? If so were you sick all night? I guess I ate something bad and was up all night "getting sick" over and over... (I'm trying to say that in a polite way) I never fully recovered until yesterday. I couldnt really eat for the rest of the week. Have any of you got sick after eating at a buffet at Disney especially Crystal Palace? Thanks, Brandi

Its possible that you got sick from the buffet but its also very possible that you had a stomach virus. The reason I say that is because there is a really wicked virus going around where we live right now. I'm talking a real wrestle-you-to-the-ground, stomp-your-guts-out virus like I've never seen before. The school nurse said May and October are the worst months for this kind of thing, for some reason. We all had it within a week of each other. My DD and I coudn't eat anything solid for almost a week after.

Sounds like it could be a virus, there's a thread on the resorts forum from a lady experiencing similar, but thought she contracted it at a food court .... which is what makes me think it could be viral ......

I'm so sorry to hear that you were sick on vacation. That's lousy.

It does sound like a virus may have been to blame. Unfortunately, any time we travel to a destination that receives visitors from all over the country (and really, from all over the world) we expose ourselves to the viruses that those visitors bring along with them. So then we have a chance of catching whatever is going around in all those different places, not just in our hometown.

I hope you still managed to have some fun at WDW.
