We've been for dinner. What are your thoughts for lunch? If you'd done Teppen Edo for both before, did you find a significant difference in TE for lunch? If you've done both, do you have a preference?

We have only done dinner as well, and are going to again this week. However, I looked into lunch because we had to change our ADR from 4 to 5 people, and it wasn't looking promising that it was going to happen. After reviewing the menu, it appears it is *exactly* the same for lunch and dinner- including price, which would indicate to me that portions must be the same. I don't know what else would possibly differ.

When you were there, did you find that it was particularly busy for dinner? It was *really* busy when I was there for dinner a couple of years ago. I wonder if it would be less busy for lunch?

It was busy!

I feel pretty confident in saying it is much less busy for lunch. I have no personal proof of this, other than when I was thinking that we would be switching our ADR there was no availability for dinner seatings, but pretty much had anything and everything open for lunch..... and this being only a week out!

There is no menu or price difference between lunch and dinner. We've done both and I personally liked lunch better - we booked our ADR for the earliest possible time (noon) and got to see the little welcome that the staff does, and the dining room was quieter because it took most of the way through our meal for it to really fill up.

We went for lunch during Christmas and it was less busy than dinner the summer before. There was no difference in the menu.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'm going to book a lunch ADR instead of dinner. The truth is that I really don't like Teppan Edo <gasp!>. I know...I said it! My family loves it, but it's just not my cup of tea. Maybe doing it at lunch is just what we need...

Menu-wise, lunch at Teppan Edo is exactly the same as dinner.

Biggest difference is the possibility of a 10% discount at lunch for AP holders on weekdays. This is the only discount available, as Teppan Edo does not accept Tables in Wonderland.

I agree with this poster. I went for both lunch and dinner and we liked lunch better for the opening show and the fact that everything else is the same.
