Anybody can help me with Mickey's Head cookie cutter?

When I went to WDW past November I wanted to buy Mickey's head cookie cutter (made of metal, red in colour). However, they were out of stock and the only unit left was dented (doesn't even look like Mickey anymore). I've contacted the parks merchandise but shipping to Canada is a crazy $30... for an item less than $8!!!

Is there anybody here who can help me obtaining this item?
