Any word on July 2022 Direct Sales?

I think it’s a good sign that the direct sales are moving in the right direction.

The fact that RIV sold more…even though it’s only 6k…than VGF is a pretty bit plus for RIV.

I find it interesting that add ons fueled the increase too.

A bit surprising they sold 4 deeds to VGC. Glad they started tracking CA sales a few months ago.

Agreed. It shows you how close the 2 resorts are in people's minds, at least when Riv is slightly cheaper than GFV. It's quite possible that if they were the exact same price, GFV would be selling a bit more. And if GFV was cheaper than RIV, it might get the margin.

My educated guess -- Disney is happy with the 2 resorts selling at similar amounts, given that RIV has FAR more inventory to sell. At the current pace, GFV would sell in in early 2024.... But RIV still wouldn't sell out until 2026. (Though I suspect Disney may be happy keeping a big chunk of RIV for cash bookings).
So I expect Disney to continue to incentivize RIV a bit more than GFV.

I'm curious about the 16 deeds for a whopping 1,405 points at SSR. Especially since DVC has clawed back almost 300 contracts this year at SSR for the board sponsor alone (possibly as many as 90,000 points?).

They’ve ROFR’ed about 120k SSR points direct and sold about 30k this year.
