Someone is staying in a grand villa(s)!Damn, a 3100 point contact for Riviera!
Or someone is renting points as a businessSomeone is staying in a grand villa(s)!And the dues are only $26k per year! Wow!
I guess minimizing closing costs was a priority!Damn, a 3100 point contact for Riviera!
Where did they get the points to sell those? Foreclosures?A bit surprising they sold 4 deeds to VGC. Glad they started tracking CA sales a few months ago.
Nothings ever REALLY sold out. They can just charge more for them lol. DVD always seems to have some points in their back pocket.Where did they get the points to sell those? Foreclosures?
I think it’s a good sign that the direct sales are moving in the right direction.
The fact that RIV sold more…even though it’s only 6k…than VGF is a pretty bit plus for RIV.
I find it interesting that add ons fueled the increase too.

You're describing a felony.Nothings ever REALLY sold out. They can just charge more for them lol. DVD always seems to have some points in their back pocket.
They’ve ROFR’ed about 120k SSR points direct and sold about 30k this year.I'm curious about the 16 deeds for a whopping 1,405 points at SSR. Especially since DVC has clawed back almost 300 contracts this year at SSR for the board sponsor alone (possibly as many as 90,000 points?).
