Any way to find out fireworks/parade schedule?

Hi all--I am trying to make reservations for California Grill and want to do so on a night where we can see the fireworks. We will be there in Feb so I know they don't do the parade every night in the off season. Any way to find out the schedule?

At the top of these boards there is a Park Hours link, from there you should be able to get the parade/fireworks schedule by clicking on Feb.
