Any Victims of ROFR?

I'm curious if anyone has been a "victim" of DVC ROFR?

I did a search and looked thru a few threads and didn't see anything. If it did happen to you, I'm curious which property it involved, and an idea on what the terms were (point costs, who was paying closing/transfer, etc)...

If you go to the DVC Community board, there is a thread I have been keeping up with since January that is a compilation of who gets thru ROFR, and who gets "nabbed". It is also a kind of "support" board.

I just updated posts today, so if you go directly to the last page, you should see the posts from May on that got thru, as well as ALL the posts from Jan on who did get ROFR'd.
