Any update on WL pool? (NOW OPEN)

You are welcome! A few people said they'd be interested in seeing the pool finished, so I'll take a handful of pics on Sunday.

I'm so glad that you WLV'ers can get your pool to yourselves now! It looked packed the last time I was there.

I'm here at the Lodge now- don't know if it's been posted yet. The pool is filled- it will be open this Friday! It was filled with water yesterday and we asked a CM today- open on Friday....just an FYI!

Now suddenly our one-night stay in a Courtyard View room at the end of our trip next Tuesday (CSR was full on Tuesday) is sounding like a better idea!

I haven't noticed any other scaffolding, etc around the WL. The pool actually opened yesterday....it is great! I'm not really sure what is different, as it's been 10+ years since our last stay here. They were still installing a light fixture in the pool while we were swimming today- it was kind of funny to watch. We leave the Lodge tomorrow, but head to Shades of Green for 4 nights, so I can't be too sad yet-

The Pool is officially open! We just returned from WLV last night and they officially opened the pool Thursday night.

Guests who have just returned have confirmed that the pool is now re-opened. If you go on the Wilderness Lodge Thread under the Resorts Forum, you might find pictures later in the evening or sometime tomorrow.
