Any tips for meeting characters at MNSSHP?

I'll be going to my first MNSSHP on 10/17 and I'm really excited to meet lots of rare and different characters. Does anyone have any tips to share about where/when to meet them?

There were alot of Alice in wonderland characters along the path from toontown to tomorrowland. The treat station in tomorrowland also had a line for characters. I saw some I didn't even know. The parade had some unusual characters to see too.

I find that right behind the castle and throughout Fantasyland tend to have a lot of characters. More traditional characters can be found in Toontown-- but they are in their Halloween attire. Which is really cute.

You will not have a problem finding characters. The last time we went to MNSSHP there were characters everywhere and of course they are dressed for Halloween! We found Buzz and Goofy dancing inside the tomorrowland fast food place (The one where the animated alien is) I can't remember the name right now! There was a DJ set up right outside of the same restaurant, the children were dancing and playing with hula hoops, Belle and a few other characters were found there. Of course right as you enter MK there were many hard to find characters, the hag from snow white, tons of villians etc. You will have a terrific time, the parade is wonderful. Oh and at the childrens parade, characters actually lined up with the kids. Esmerelda and Quasimodo were holding hands with my two girls.

Have fun I wish we were going again this year, instead we are going to MVMCP for the first time this year.

Went to party on 10/8. Saw lots of characters! There were 5 villains in front of Cinderella's castle just after 11pm. Plenty of others all over as well.

We saw Snow White and all 7 dwarfs in Fantasyland. That's the first time I've seen them all together.
There were characters everywhere on the 3rd.

Just look for the Mickey hand on your MNSSHP map. That's where you'll find a character. If you need to know which character is at which spot, ask at customer service.
