Hi everyone :) According to my timer, I must be going to WDW! Hmmm.... :rotfl: I know it's a little early to be doing anything yet, but I plan to the extreme! So, know any good Counter service or sit down restraunts at WDW? Any parks. Well, anything you can use with the Magic Your Way Plus Dining pack. Or if it's worth paying extra. Also, when is the earliest you can book ADR's? Thanks everyone!

I think a mod will probably move this over to the dinning forums... but you can book your ADR NOW 180 days out. Your going in the middle of summer. you need to start planning now! :)

Actually, you've already missed the earliest you can book - 180 days. You may have a hard time getting some of your ADR's if you wanted something popular like Le Cellier or CRT. I would call NOW for anything you wanted. I think the lines are open for another half an hour.

Good luck!

AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:scared1: :scared1: Oh crap. This cannot be good. I need some good restraunts for a family of three (2 adults and 1 13 year old) HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:lovestruc

I was flexible but able to get everything we wanted when I called (and I'm only a few short months out from our trip!). Don't lose hope!!!

The "most popular" restaurants (IE the hardest to get ADRs for) are Le Cellier and CRT. But there are good places to eat all over the place! :) Definitely check out the restaurant forum and just remember that for most places for every 10 good reviews of a place, you can also find 10 reviews that aren't so great...

Good luck!

yep head over the dinning forums here also check the menus here on DIS.com or allears.net . We just book our vacation back in Dec. for our spring break/easter trip and i was still able to get all my resturants i wanted as well... except i didn't want CRT, but we got some good ones i think. We were able to get Le Cellier but only for a 1:20 lunch but i still get to try the steak out!!! LOL

Where are you staying and what are your likes and dislikes? My favorite character meal is Chef Mickey's. It is a nice buffet. Crystal Palace is also great for inside the Magic Kingdom.

Remember, there are also a lot of good restaurants at some of the resorts.

I have to admit, I got a bit overwhelmed trying to sort out restaurants at first. I think I ended up reading the descriptions in Birnbaums to get ideas of the good points of different places - then reading the reviews here at and in the Unofficial Guide to figure out if they were any good! I also looked at location and how they fit in our itinerary, and I partly planned the itinerary around the ADR's.

Well you got some excellent answers here, but the posters are correct in saying that the dining boards would be a good place for a question like this one. I am going to move it over there, but I will leave a redirect here so anyone looking here will know where to find it. :)

How's your planning? Were you able to get your ADR's?

Just wondering.

I definately think Hoopdedoo is worth 2ts/ We did that on our trip on the dining plan also. We also used two ts for the California grill. Food was amazing and so was the view. You can watch the firworks if you eat there on top of the Contemperary. Well worth using two ts's.

Some other favorites of ours is the restaurant in Germany (The Biergarten), we also like the Plaza, and love the PrimeTIme Cafe at MGM! OOPS..sorry, Hollywood Studios.
You may also want to try some dinners at the EPCOT resorts...Spoodles, Cape May Cafe, they are on the dining plan!

The last post before yours is what we're doing. Anything there that's bad or not as good as others same TS and CS.

Your Plan looks Good! Have fun! The only thing that stood out to me is Planet Hollywood....I don't remember that being on the DDP. You may want to double check that just to be sure!

Have fun!!!!

ETA: Nevermind...I saw you took that out in your revision....Mommy Brain had set in!!! Sorry!!!

It's still in my revision ;) It's walk in only, but it's still on DDP. What do you think about it? Should we change it to a different TS?

CS - Try the Columbia House it has some different things like soup in a bread bowl

TS - England or Japan (Haven't been since the renovation)

With a 13 yr old I would switch from the hoop dee doo to the luau at the poly. The hoop dee doo has dropped with it's food the last time we were there. Or go to the resturant at the POLY it is supposed to be wonderful. Also Boma is supposed to be good.

Have a great time Wish it was me
