With the help of my 13yr old daughter, I am going to load my ipod with workout songs to help get me and keep me motivated. I have kept a pen and paper next to my desk for the past week or so trying to jot down good songs with I hear them but only have two so far!

I am 37 so I grew up with the 70's, 80's and 90's so if any of you have some good suggestions for songs that "get you movin", I would appreciate it!!

Thanks!

I can totally help you! I actually have a playlist on my ipod entitled "Dance Workout!" :woohoo:

Here's some of what I have on that helps me work out (some are newer songs though):

Get Busy - Sean Paul
