Hi I am going to ask if anyone has any advice for me, I recently sent an email about a major complaint I had about and regarding my last trip in the 1st week of sept 2017 and my upcoming trip this Jul 2018 and Disney has responded to me and conducted an approximate 20 minute recorded interview about my concerns, The woman was extremely nice and she did ask me what can we do to make things right or to have you feel better about the situation and your upcoming trip and although I did not really answer I did tell her about my sons friend who found bugs in there room so Disney offered them a 10 day free stay at the GRand Floridian, SO THIS IS MY QUESTION DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXAMPLES OR ANY FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT DISNEY HAS OFFERED IN THE PAST TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT SO TO SPEAK, does anyone have any suggestions or anything personal to offer. Any info is greatly appreciated
