So it appears that people who customized Wed and Thurs received their MagicBands today. Perhaps that is the pattern - two days of customization before shipping. If so, bands customized Friday and today (Monday) should ship Tues or Wed.

Mine said it was shipping Friday morning, I assume UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays which is why I got it today. I read pages back that people were getting them the day they received their tracking number or the day after.

I am getting super excited!!! YAY! We customized Friday too!! I was excited before but was actually a little more excited for our Universal part of the trip since we have never been and there wasn't really anything new for us at WDW. Although it is not a new attraction, it definitely brings some excitement to get to try a new way of touring, and hopefully it is more relaxing like some have said. I have used most of my fp+'s for our evening parks and I feel somewhat relaxed knowing that I have them in my back pocket if needed This time around we are going to the waterparks, we have never been since we usually travel in Jan/Feb. I was actually worried because we ALWAYS get to the parks at rope drop and now I feel okay about hitting the water parks first.

So I customized my MBs on Saturday, made my BOG lunch reservation, and all my FP+ times are done .... not really expecting anything today but the dog starts his special stranger at the door bark .... could it be .... could it be???? YES! YES! There's a UPS overnight envelope .... as I move closer I see Disney logo on the envelope! Jump for joy! Dogs think I'm crazy! As I pick up the envelope I feel it .... there are NO MAGIC BANDS in here! I tear it open .... it's a stupid form flyer inviting me to join the test!!! Oh well .... to wait another day .... or two .... or three.

Customized my bands Tuesday night, got a shipping confirmation on Thursday and we received them at 10am this morning! I assume the delay in the shipping was because it was Saturday. Here is the photo I posted to my instagram!

I ordered mine Friday too, but mine says customizable until August 26. We don't check in until 9/29, so will ours not ship until after 8/26?

Mine too.. We aren't checking in until 9/26 and it says I have until 8/26 to customize. No matter how many times I hit done the screen doesn't change. So I have a feeling it will stay like this until 8/27

Mine says the same thing. I have not received a shipping confirmation email or anything either. I can't wait to see them, I am thinking a Wednesday delivery or around there.. I will wait patiently..

You have reservations for a non-MB test resort so you make reservations (these are the ghost ones) for a MB test resort, knowing the whole time you are going to cancel the ghost reservations as soon as you make sure you are getting your MB's.


I'm not sure a ghost reservation will do anything other than give them MB, because they will not be active till they check in and the CM runs the MB across the mickey head to activate, unless of course this has changed since the beginning of the month, getting a MB in the mail without checking in, will just give everyone a pretty bracelet, that does nothing, I'm pretty sure the FP+ will not work.
