Any September guests received FP+ testing invite?

As I'm reading all of the accounts of people participating in testing for Aug and now Sept my first reaction is disappointment at not being eligible as a CSR guest. But then I stop and think for a minute...so what! I'm still going to Disney in 22 days...staying in a beautiful resort for 8 glorious days! I have awesome adrs scheduled, am attending my first ever MNSSHP and will be going during one of the lowest attendance weeks of the year! Congrats to all of you guys who've been chosen for testing! I'm now letting go of my insane jealousy and declaring my pity party over LOL!!!

I'm not jealous, I just want to know either way whether we will have magic bands. Our 6 year old daughter won't ride most of the headliners (with the exceptions of Soarin' and Toy Story Mania) so being able to schedule fast passes ahead of time is not a big deal for me. I just don't like the not knowing, kwim?

I do have a fastpass for lunch at BOG so that makes me happy because my daughter will LOVE eating in the Beauty and the Beast castle. She's also excited to stay in "Tiana's room" at POR so all is well.

So what I'm seeing is still no one in September has been invited to test Magic Bands but if you are staying at a hotel in Sept that is already testing this month you can make FastPass+ selections right now. I can not. I am staying at Wilderness Lodge on Sept 4th and if I click the FP+ link it brings up the MagicBand info pop up and does not allow me to select anything. So I'm still waiting for that 17 day before date to see if my hotel gets added in Sept. I guess you all will find out 17 days before if you are getting a band. FP+ does work without bands but chances are you will get one if you are doing FP+.

All your information is not correct. How would one use FP+ with no MBs?

I made Fastpass+ selections this morning, but it seemed like the options were much more limited than they had been with previous testing. For example:

No Enchanted Tales with Belle
No parades or fireworks options

Also, did not get the "extra" Pirates Fastpass that people were getting on MK days.

Anyone else have these experiences?

Same here I went to go add fireworks and parades and it said request a fastpass and it didnt do anything.

I didn't have the options listed above. I agree the attractions were very limited; 4-5 options at each park.

All your information is not correct. How would one use FP+ with no MBs?

Last year we tested FastPass+ with just an RFID Card that was specifically for FastPass+

Original FP+ tests used the RFID in a card not a band.

Seems like everyone has been POP and checking in within the first 2 weeks of Sept...Im checking in the 7th and was able to make selections.

I cannot choose FP+ and am checking into POP on the 10th with 8 day tix. It looks to me all pps that can are in the first week. I am excited for you!

I will save you a little bit of time. So far no one checking in Sept 1st or later has been invited to get a band. The FP+ thing I'm at a loss about.

I can access the entire month of Sept and I'm not limited in ride selection other than rides/attractions that don't normally have FP. They might have decided to stop testing (and paying for extra CMs) or they won't release the FP+ until closer to the time. And no there is no more 4th MK FP. That was setup for August as well so may be coded into just the August dates.

I'd check tomorrow, maybe they are only allowing you to make your selection 25 days out?

I know how you feel. We are checking into CSR 9/21 and I'm not hopeful about having the chance to test. I just wonder if because it is a convention resort?

I'm ok with that, we are getting to be in WDW at a relatively low crowd time, first trip alone for me and DH , deluxe dining plan, MNSSHP. Plus we always hit RD and know our way around with and without regular FPs.

I'm still going to hold out a little bit of hope that we get to experience some of the new stuff. If we don't then I hope it will all be worked out by May when we plan on going back with the family with us.

So it's slowly coming online. First the passes then the bands. I'm not gonna drive myself crazy checking it. Especially since Wilderness Lodge wasn't even testing in August. Congrats though!

I'm at WL too. We're hoping to try them but its not the end of the world.

I check in on 8/31. The only day I got the 4th MK FP option was on 8/31. Every other day only gave me 3.

Also, parades and fireworks were only available on Fri & Sat for me.

I feel the exact same way. I'm definitely battling jealousy, but trying to keep things in perspective! And it's cracking me up that our trip descriptions are identical: 8 glorious days in a beautiful resort, awesome ADRs scheduled, our first MNSSHP, and (woo-hoo!) low-attendance!

I called to complain about this. I check in Aug but my stay overlaps into Sept. i was told that the FP+ options are not fully loaded into the system for Sept yet. You need to check back around 17 days prior to the date. I hope this info the CM told me is correct. However, she wasnt sure since the testing is technically for the month of August.
