OK so silly question if they do change over to all TS meals what happens to those of us with a QS reservation at end of August with the DDP? Are we forced to use a TS credit or cancel? That would really stink since I have everything already booked and set!
If they switch to TS, I would guess that they will do it more that 180 days out to avoid the issue with current reservations? I really don't know if this situation has happened anywhere else at WDW before. I sure wanted to get a pre-opening BOG breakfast, though. I wanted to be able to enter park early, eat breakfast and be out in time for 7DMT. Getting CRT or CP really is a longer experience so you can't expect to finish before park opening. I guess that isn't something that Disney cares about, though.

When Le Cellier switched from regular TS to Signature there was plenty of notice. I don't recall if it was 180 days, but if not it was definitely plenty of time to switch reservations around.

Most of June, Mon-Thur are all at 8:00, but they weren't originally. When the time change came out, people dropped their BoG "pre-opening" ADRs because they were no longer that.
If they kill the breakfast experiment, this will be why. Nobody wants to miss prime touring time to overpay for breakfast. All pre-opening slots will be hyper-popular, but any slots after park opening will be basically empty. Not worth it for them to keep it going in the summer, and they won't do it in the off season if they won't do it in the summer.
It's looking more positive that the extension will happen! Today for the first time I can choose Breakfast as an option for our September trip!! It says nothing is available but this is the first day I've even been able to select breakfast! Keeping a close eye on this.
It's now 6:10am so early reservations are open for the 180 day mark. Going to keep trying occasionally to see if they make this option 'live!' Will keep you posted!
well I guess I am going to be stalking the website today for some pre-park breakfasts! Our 8am worked out so great in May, I would eat there every MK morning we have! Right now the website doesnt seem to be working, I am getting the "unable to check" message

Ugh!!! The website is sooo frustrating. I am getting the same message or no tables available at this time. Is it possible they are already booked? I can't see how if nobody else has even reported an extension,,,,,,,,,thoughts?
No, I'm positive it's not that all spots are booked. I just don't believe it's open for booking yet but they have uploaded the code to prepare to accept bookings. Hopefully theyll mKe it live soon!!
