Any rumors about the Big River Grille space?

I stayed at Polynesian last week, loved getting a quick service breakfast every morning. Loved the Mickey Waffles and Breakfast Burrito. Miss that at Boardwalk.

Exactly this.......... But I much prefer GF and SSR the seating and atmosphere is nice... But I will gladly take less so long as there is in fact a table and chairs. Sadly reading this I am second guessing staying there this year (which I will anyway never stayed for the food options but did enjoy the WHOLE pizzas on the BW at night the rest was not so good) but really no tables in the rooms and they removed the few games. Did they change the writing at the front entrance to Nothing like the Shore.

Am hoping Disney figures out what to do with this space soon. Seems to me a sports bar would be the way to go or somewhere with really good hamburgers at least…

But part of me wonders if this will go the way of Ariels… Which has been vacant with no plan to rehab for about 30 years…

Well, a sports bar certainly would be ironic after the ESPN closing!

I would like to see a quick serve that has a place to sit and serves thing like scrambled eggs or dinner entree's besides hotdogs and pizza

Exactly, 4 types of the same bagel is it at BW.

I haven't found another resort that doesn't offer Mickey Waffles or breakfast platter, (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffle) and and a breakfast sandwich.

Or no burgers, chicken strips, chicken sandwich or even French fries-bad as it is for a person. But staying a few days or a week just hot dogs and pizza ain't great either. Hurricane Hannah has these and a Lobster roll.

Riviera breakfast is very good, stayed recently at AK, better as well.
