It seems the resort is way overdue. Trying decide between there and POP for our Aug trip.

Not announced but I have sources that say it's legit.

I still am not convinced Disney and it's subsidiary DVC is going to start dropping money on a new DVC in the next year. They really do have a lot on their plate right now and sales have not dramatically improved, and lets be honest sales at BLT and AKV have not lived up to the expectations of being sold out as quickly as Disney and their guides touted. Do I think there will be another building, absolutely, but I don't think it will start this year.

Well we know Art of Animation has been confirmed so we will have to wait and see.

The building of new resorts should not affect the refurb schedule of existing resorts. But I have no idea whether it is technically due or not.

As for DVC - they need to have a new resort ready to sell if any of the current ones sells out if they want to maintain revenue...
