Great news on your closing!!! Congratulations!!!

For those of you who haven't heard, I would call the TTS (if they are your agents). I called them last week and that is how I found out we passed. I then received a call a couple of days later from the closing dept.

It doesn't hurt to try!!!

I just got off the phone with Jerry of TTS. He said it has been very quiet this week. He suspects I will not hear until next Wed. or Thurs. AAAHHHH!!!!

We did it!!! We passed ROFR. Just got the call at 3:40pm. This time around only eight days.

Details: 220 points, OKW, 72 per, no 2004 points, Buyer pay closing, March UY.

Well, I just got a call from Jaki... 3:30 in Denver. Disney passed on our OKW contract so I guess we're in! Jaki said we should receive closing papers in a week.

We went to ROFR on 9/13 so today was only 10 days later. I guess I wasn't planning on hearing anything until this time next week so I wasn't quite so anxious.

I am looking forward to trying to switch our reservations at WL to use our DVC points instead. I have no idea what availability will be for 1/12-1/21. Maybe OKW and VWL? As I've mentioned before, this is entirely sight unseen for me as I've never been to Disney before.

If anyone hears from TTS regarding their contracts, can they ask if the March 100 point VWL passed or not!!! no points till 3/06! If it did, good for the buyer and congrats, but if it didn't!!!! Then hopefully my waitlisted request will be filled!!

We're waitlisted for March VWL points, too. I like the way you worded your post... it describes our feelings too. I mean, I feel a little weird hoping to get my points because I know that means someone lost out on a contract. Our first contract was a resale, so I know what waiting on ROFR feels like!

Hey, mike/carlos--aren't you the one who started this thread? Aren't you glad you get to finish it now? On to the next part---closing papers and making those first ressies.....

As for the rest of you, I am getting JEALOUS! We are in almost the same time frame as those who found out today--went to rofr on the Sept. 14th. Maybe I'll give a call tomorrow just to make sure, but bet it's not til next week or the week after. Oh well!

You guys have been waiting long enough to get this you must be extremely excited. Well Kim & Beca, guess its just us. Oh boy, well I'll write to the broker and see if we have any news but I am not holding my breath.

We went in on 9/14 as well. So I'm kind of expecting next week anyway, wow it would be great to know in 8-10 days but never my luck
